Our Bodies Are Mirrors!

While we’ve been talking about body-mind connectedness through taking better care of our bodies and getting flexible with our bodies and minds, let’s talk a little bit more today about body centered connection.

Because if you can learn to really connect with your body you can learn to befriend it. Our bodies are mirrors, windows to our inner selves in fact, so we can connect with our unconscious through our bodies, even to the unloved parts of ourselves.
