Organization Training

We are interdependent beings. We do not move through our life’s path alone. We need each other to build and grow. The Sherpa teaches how to work together, apportion and depend on each other as we ascend to the summit. The victory and the accomplishment is everyone’s to share.

This photo shows how these mammals work together seamlessly, joyously and intuitively, never needing words. The Beavers’ communal dance is highly productive. They can rebuild a substantial dam together in one night. Imagine the human potential.

All training uses proven techniques from organization development models, while blending the wisdom of the Enneagram, present moment awareness, and improvisation. The sessions incorporate intellectual learning with an experiential application and the participants leave knowing “why” and embodying “how to.”

Experiential Learning in:

Communication Clarity

  • Communicate clearly, authentically and effectively – know what you want to say and how to say it.
  • Give and receive feedback in a safe and productive way.
  • Learn the Enneagram System – your own Enneagram sensibility and the differences in our motivations and points of view.
  • Approach co-collaborators with emotional and social intelligence.
  • Speak with others not at them, using self-awareness, empathy and self-mastery.

Team Alliance

  • Create teams that are allies- integrating and utilizing the best of each player with unified goals and vision.
  • Utilize conflict as opportunity – employing diverse points of view to expand possibilities.
  • Embrace change with ease.
  • Share the victories and learn from the failures equally.

“The strength of the team is each individual member.
