My new book Acting Lessons for Living: Play the Scenes of Your Life with Intention, Presence and Pure Potential is finished at last and will be released this fall. One of the many concepts we explore in the book is how to feel that you have experienced a well-lived life; we identify your values and learn ways to live consistently with those values. In doing so you create a living legacy.

I am excited to be co-presenting a workshop with a wonderful financial advisor, Vivina Ma, who is an independent Medicare and a Certified Long-Term Care professional. She has helped hundreds properly plan for their health care and end of life needs so they can live with peace of mind, dignity, and independence. In my work as a therapist and life coach I help individuals, couples, and families resolve conflicts and come into alignment with life and no regrets. So together, in this workshop, we will delve into the question What is my Legacy? both personally and practically.

The event takes place here:

Frisbie Senior Center
52 East Northwest Highway
Des Plaines, IL 60016

Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM (CDT) Lunch is included!

How do you want to be remembered? What is important to you? What do you want to leave behind and why?

This is too often avoided in our society and this thought-provoking workshop will help you plan for this important part of life. This workshop is not just about decisions for the end of life; it is also about exploring and identifying your core values.

We will solidify the legacy that you envision and help you create a practical step by step plan to help your loved ones implement your inner wishes.

In the time of need, are you leaving behind a mass of confusion and stress? Or would you prefer a peaceful, meaningful and smooth transition for your loved ones?

Now is the time to take action and make a concrete end-of-life plan.
